In the movie "Seven Pounds" how does Ezra(the blind guy) get his vision back in the end?

Im asking because in the end he recognizes that the girl talking to him is Emily also in the beginning his eyes look pale which I think indicates he is blind but then at the end of the movie his eyes are brown

They're will smith's eyes. That's why they're a different color at the end and will smith's girlfriend looks at him all sad. Before they were that really creepy blue. And he knows that Emily was another person that he gave organs to.

Apparently in his world, full eye transplants actually exist. I've heard of partial transplants for specific issues but never a full transplant. But yeah he got Will's eyes. He should still have been blind though.
