The quote is a tricky metaphor but my interpretation sums it up (ish). (Paglia is saying that if you allow feminists to create the social rules about sexual behaviour there is a serious risk that your sex life will end up dead).

I think Paglia has in fact slept with several feminists.

I think your interpretation is spot on: it's really foolish for anyone to let Feminists make decisions concerning sex because they will invariably kill a man's libido and soon thereafter destroy any ability for him to have normal sex. After sleeping with a modern Feminist, I can't imagine a man wishing to ever do something so foul, demeaning, demoralizing and otherwise non-constructive again.

I think it's plain strange.I don't hang out with political activists because I hate going to meetings, and the term is looser than it was. I've had sex with plenty of women who identified as feminists but who were tigresses in bed.
