Does Channel Islands, UK have zoo?

Jersey has a fantastic zoo - The late Gerald Durrell is the founder - it does a great deal of work in breeding endangered species and reintroducing them back into the wild - you can see animals there that you wouldn't see any where else in a UK zoo - It does some great work - It's a great day out - we spent a full day there - and the restaurant has some fantastic food - not your usual chips with everything!

Jersey has Gerald Durrel's world famous Zoo on it.

There was definitely a zoo on Jersey in the early 60's. I think it was something to do with Gerald Durell.
Don't know if its still going.
