Resident Evil 5 Split Screen?

Actually I am not asking a question this is only a guide for people having trouble playing RE 5 via split screen.

At first I was disappointed when I tried the 2 player offline offered by RE 5, since it showed some black areas. I searched the net, some say they don't experience the black areas while almost all say it has damn black areas.

Until I found a site also showing that split screen sucks. Well I saw this part (Read here, http://www.destructoid.com/resident-evil-5-split-screen-co-op-demo-reinforces-need-to-buy-two-copies-116303.phtml) Read the part: update Reader ryu89 .... .

So I tried it immediately by video resetting my PS3 to the lowest Resolution available from my 36 inch HDTV, only 500p something is the lowest for me. Still I tried it and from my amazement it showed no big black areas, its split screen is like the army of two.

Now I am happy w/ my RE 5 and I don't have a reason for selling it xD thx to Ryu. Hope this help some people saying 2 player offline sukcs =D.

The only problem is you have to video reset your PS3 for you to enjoy the 2 player split screen of RE 5.

Well, thanks for that info, I was actually quite disappointed in the Resident Evil 5 reviews, but after some consideration I decided to get this game because it's actaully still very good, even though it's nowhere near as good as Resident Evil 4.
