How can i help my iridescent sark with a broken nose?

My iridescent shark, Striker, has a broken nose and i am starting to worry about him. he is about 10in and is also developing white spotes. and no it is not ick. he is also not really acting like himself.

It could be a bacterial infection brought on by bumping his nose against the glass. How big is the tank?

my fish got the same thing i think. it didnt seem like ich so i didnt treat it. He had kind of a white stripe on his lower lip. I figure its from bumping it on something or dragging against the glass when he moves around.
Then it could be infected and turn out like that. But he didnt start acting weird.
