I got arrested for trespassing in Las Vegas.?

I got arrested for trespassing in Las Vegas. I was really drunk and I guess I was asked to leave the venitian. I ended up comming back on the property and they took me to secuirty and called metro. They then relesed me with a trespassing ticket and no bail. My question is do I need a lawer or if I go myself are these thing usually reduced for first time offences? I don't need this on my record. Also does this mean I am not ever allowed back on the property? Should I go back to the venetian and try to explain myself? I am local and do not want to be banned from the property forever.

By all means, go back up there and try to explain yourself. Tell them you're not leaving unless you can talk to the manager. In fact, just sit down, right there in the middle of the floor, and refuse to budge until the manager comes to talk to you. If the manager shows up, make him sit on the floor with you. Join hands and begin a song, Kum-bah-yah is a good one. Or, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" whichever you feel makes the statement you want to make. At first people will be taken aback by your chutzpah, but in time they will get your sense of humor and they will laugh WITH you, not AT you, which is what they're doing right now.

It wouldn't hurt to talk to a lawyer and get their advice. Do you have to go to court, or just pay off a fine? I wouldn't go back to the Venetian, leave it be for now. Maybe write the manager a letter of apology or something like that.
