I heard this song a little while back but i cant remember it, does any one know it?

there are some parts like
"Razor sharp and colored glass"

then it goes onto a little hook that goes like
"here they come, here they come, Come on"

it is not the jonas brothers, doesnt sound like them

it is almost a techno kinda feel to it
