I doubt very much that anyone or anything would influence Bob Dylan,I believe "his words were his own"

Mr Ginsberg predates Mr. Dylan. No doubt they admired each others works but Mr. Dylan has said that Ginsberg was an influence.

Yes there was an influence, I think it starts to show in some of Bob's lyrics in the Bringin it all back home period, not imitations but a poetic style that crept in
