My account's been compromised; I cannot log in with my password and the page where you type in your b-day to verify the info will not work either.
What can I do? I know my account's still open.

That sounds like somebody hacked your account. Send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com. Or call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened.
