Song to Welcome Mohammad to Medina?

Did the people of 'Yasreb' which is modern day Medina, sing a song to welcome Prophet Mohammad(pbbuh) to their city when he made hijra, If so does anyone know the lyrics in english and arabic(or the original language)?

Yes they did. I can't remember the lyrics. It was in Arabic.
