How do i copy and paste videos on youtube?

You need to copy the link where it says URL to a youtube converter. Then convert the file to say mp4 or whatever file you use for watching videos.
Youtube converters are abundant and free on the web.

If for another video: Download the video, edit it, and upload again.

If to have it on a web page: Copy embed code. If the code doesn't work look for a bb code button. If found, turn it on. If not, the website does not support the code and you should just copy and paste the url.

You go to the long box on the upper right hand corner of the video screen then click on it so it turns blue. Then right click on the blue and hit copy. Next go to where you want it and click there once then right click and hit paste. Sounds harder when you write it than it really is.
