Health Problem Question?

My friend Jen has a discoloration on her iner thighs like her thighs are her regular skin color but her iner thighs are a very sark brown color which is discoloration and shes very nervous about going to the doctors about it cause shes afraid it might be permeant. Now my questions is if you have discoloration can it be cure or permeant???

Not to freak you out but i have discoloration ("down there") which my blank is more tanned than the rest of my body but i have never tanned naked so i think its ok to have discoloration but for girls it might be more of a problem cuz they care about how they look but its not permeant so its ok
