In twilight do the vampires get haircuts and does their hair grow?

I am curious what you think? What do you think happens to their hair in twilight? Does it even grow?

In the FAQs on Stephenie Meyer's website she says that Her vampires do not have hair or nails that grow after they become vampires. That is the reason that Alice's hair is so short, it was barely growing back after her haed was shaved in the institution.

No, the vampire's hair doesn't grow. They're "frozen" the way they were when they were changed. That is why Alice's hair is so short and choppy.

well since their bodies don't change and they don't age it is impossible for their hair to grow. So no.

no, vampires dont change at all so their hair cant grow, im pretty sure

No vampires don't change their appearence nor grow so I believe their hair stay the same they won't grow.

if they are really considered dead with nothing flowing in there body, then how could their hair grow?

I don't think so. They're kinda frozen in time, thats why they can't have kids.
