AMC - Dr. Sinclair's connection to Annie?

Question

Does anyone have any ideas about what Dr. Sinclair's connection to Annie is? The spoilers says she hates Annie on Friday's episode Dr. Sinclair seemed pretty upset with talking about Richie. I think possibly Dr. Sinclair & Richie were lovers at one point & now Dr. Sinclair hates Annie for killing him. That's just my thought. What does everyone else think about the situation?

I think you're right - that Richie and Dr. Sinclair had some kind of connection. She's out for revenge against Annie.

My first thought was that she was a relative of Di out to avenge her murder, but now I'm starting to wonder if she is connected to Richie in some way. The way she acts toward Greenlee is also kind of strange- I don't know what to make of that. All very intriguing.

Maybe she was a patient with Ritchie in the mental institution and they were lovers.Who's to say she is even the real Dr.Sinclair.She could be a former patient who killed the real doctor and took her identity.She may be crazier than Annie.

I know it has to do with Richie. I think she was his girlfriend or something, or an ex patient that she became attached too? The magazines did say that she is connected to Richie.

I think that she was involved with Ritchie. Perhaps she was his doctor and she started having feelings for him or got involved with him.

I agree there has to be a connection between Dr. Sinclair and Annie, most likely Richie.

I tend to agree...there may be something in her past that connects her to Richie...or she has been hired by Green lea to make sure Annie either goes crazy completely or faces a judge

maybe she is the surrogate mom to ritchie? or a half sister perhaps I know it doesn't sound possible but it does sound soap opera-ish.
