It is rated R for many reasons, including: strong sexuality and graphic nudity. So I would say yes.

Rating reasons do not get more detailed than that. They are not going to spell out exactly what the specific incidences of nudity are. Since it is not out yet, people will not be able to answer this out of experience until after the 10PM showing this Thursday.
