Occasionally, in smaller, more isolated towns and slightly unusual places.

With westernization, a lot of unique cultural things like that have been lost.

But, I'm sure you could still find dog stew if you tried, it's just not very common. It's more of a novelty now.

Some people do but could you have asked this question a little more politely? You are making it sound as if all asians eat cats and dogs which is pretty ignorant if you believe it.

'Some' Asians do still at cats and dogs. I was in Singapore a few years ago and was looking at some market stalls and found dried cat paws for sale, I couldn't look my cat in the eye when I got home.
