How much time does a push-in-your-asshole dulcolax need for it to work?

I put it in like 2 hours ago. It came out again, in fluid-oil form when I tried to poop.

I assume you are constipated have not had a bowel movement in a week? The idea of a suppository, is to first place extra bulk into the bowel, thereby giving you the instant urge to have a bowel movement. The hardest part of using a suppository is holding onto it for at least 15 minutes. You managed two hours which makes me think you are not constipated. Best of Luck
