Can you get sports injuries from using Wii?
Not from hitting someone else!

Well when playing 2 player on wii sports boxing soreness tends to happen because we tend to punch like we have never punched before and were usually standing thus more possibilities of failing about and losing energy sad part his after all that work its still round one its fun though and yes there has been some oops i punch you in face but i get away because i play game moments (yes the last statement was purposely dumbed down for comedic effect )
So Have at you !

yes you can. If you do any sort of repetitive motion, you can develop many different injuries, ranging from general soreness to something as intense as tendinitis. These injuries are common in athletes, especially High School athletes.
In order to "stay healthy" you should take a break from games and if anything starts to get sore while you are playing take a break and do not play for an hour or so after the pain goes away. If it returns...go see a doctor.
