I would say only because I was in Chile around there and I saw some wild dogs. If they are unrecognized theres a chance they might be realted to what i saw or close. Especially if the extreme conditions allowed a wild dog like the one i saw to live there. He had a thick coat and everything a bit scarry to look at.

Champ- they are actually officially protected against hunting by legislation in Vermont, NY, and Quebec. Lake Champlain is not bordered by Ontario. Sorry!
