I don't know if that short a time will help, but the best way is to cut out all carbs - bread, pasta, rice, etc., and all salt. Eat protein and healthy fats like unsalted nuts. Drink plenty of water. This is the best way to lose water weight and possibly lose some from your face.
lay back w/your pillows propped up behind you(if u lay flat the blood goes to your face and causes bloat) and put a cool washcloth over your face for 20+min. also, noxema has the cooling effect that could help debloat
