Really scary, gory, disgusting books?

I really like awfully gory books... I read Exquisite Corpse by Poppy Z. Brite and love that kind of style.
Anything scary or gory would be great.
Any recommendations?

not really scary or gory but definatley disgusting, my friend was reading this extremely nasty book that she couldnt even finish it, I think it is like the nastiest book ever. it is called This Is All: the pillow book of cordelia kenn by aiden chambers
