Torture methods? im writibg an original inferno?

im writitng an inferno,like dante's inferno for school, but its really difficult to think of ways to torture my people in hell. my hell is in a psychiatric hospital and my guide is anne sexton. there are 6 levels, one the first level has people who dont take their medicine and did bad things because of that.
the next level has the self mutilators
then theres the suicides,
then theres the sex sex offenders,
then theres the peodophiles,
and on the last level is the murderers.
please help,i need to write it tonight to turn in tomorrow!! thanks so much in advance.

Why not make it relative to each offence.

one the first level has people who don't take their medicine and did bad things because of that.
the next level has the self mutilators
then there's the suicides,
then there's the sex sex offenders,
then there's the paedophiles,
and on the last level is the murderers.

Level one is forced to take pill after pill without water.
Level two is forced to watch the ones they love mutilate themselves, yet be unable to themselves.
Suicidal members simply must live on in their past life.
Sex offenders would endure constant sex with their victims, eternally.
Paedophiles would endure this, but with elderly members.
Murderers would simply live in constant darkness and solitary.

I do question why some of these members are in hell however, level two and three certainly shouldn't.
