How to regain strength, stamina, and endurance?

Hello all,
I am 18 almost 19, and im just about 175ibs, in high school however i was around 200ibs (not lean by any means) and benching around 210ibs as a one rep max (i know im no hulk). recently i dropped down to 175ibs body wieght on a 3 month diet. The problem is that i am trying to get back in the gym and get my wieght up to 185ibs (lean) and i worked out for the 2nd time yesterday and my bench press is just sad now, i did my first set of 12 reps fine but then on my 2nd set of 10reps (150ibs) i was so weak, i did like 2 reps, dropped down to 135ibs did like 3reps and then i was just discouraged and left. im really afraid i lost vital muscle mass over the past 3 months, however i havent been in the gym for like 2 years, i just want to know if this was a fluke day or not, i havent been eating or sleeping good because of finals for school and i have been taking an ECA stack, i am just looking for some insight into this, i dont know if ne one has experienced this before, i really need some help im feeling really discouraged because ive experienced re-cycle weakness before but never like this. thank you 10 for best.

Your musculature probably isn't in such bad shape as you think; the problem is more about available energy.

EATING AND SLEEPING GOOD is absolutely necessary for building and maintaining useful strength. 'Quick fix' energy boosters are useless for proper physical work. If you sort out your basic nutrition, and get a reasonable amount of sleep, you will be able to get a good tonnage back into your workout pretty quickly.

As a side-effect, this strategy is likely to improve your mental performance and mood. Poor nutrition makes time-management and studying more difficult, makes memory less effective, and makes you more likely to feel discouraged and negative.
