Does anyone remember that old aluminum tree with the strobe light?

As a child of the 60's, I remember my parents putting it up every year. LOL.

i remember it but that was in the mid-late 70's it had to literally fall apart for my mom to get rid of it but tons of pics

LOL! My dad probably would have done that too. I never saw a real tree until I had to move to the south. I'm a child of the 60's.

Ugh! My uncle and aunt had one and I was about 8 years old and thought it was the tackiest thing I ever saw. Just plain ugly and not at all with any Christmas feel.
My tree has always been artificial because I like to leave it up for a long time, but it is a rich real looking green, tall and full and visitors warn me to 'keep it watered or it will dry out'. lol So I feel good about my tree.
