Firm and tight boobs?

hi guys,

any idea how make ur breast firm n tight..... i hv big boobs so i want to make it tight n firm a bit.....

strengthen muscles in your upper arms, chest, neck and stomach. these will all help lift your breasts...

breasts are fatty tissue.. if you loose a lil bit thru diet and exercise this will help

also there are some firming creams.. they do not make perm changes but help temporarily...

make sure not to tan, and use sun screen as wrinkles and saggy skin is caused by sun damage and the break down of collagen

Surgery. Be happy about what you have and what they look like. You could have breast cancer and have to have them removed. Just think about it.

build up your chest muscles. that'll hold em in place better and that's a start.
