What do I need to transfer music from my itunes library to my cell phone?

The music is on my Toshiba laptop with Windows XP and I want to transfer some of my songs (about 20 or so) to my Pantech Matrix. A link would be great to show what I need and how much it would cost, thanks in advance!

You can transfer music using Bluetooth or a usb data cable (with software to handle the transfer).

The Bluetooth option is free as long as you have Bluetooth on your laptop, but you can only transfer files one at a time using Bluetooth directly.

Software programs like DataPilot will let you transfer multiple files in one shot, and run about 25 bucks. You hook up your phone to your computer with a usb data cable, and then use DataPilot to copy over the music files.
