The font in the Dockers ad in the first url (http://es.tinypic.com ) looks to be in the Arial family. Your second link is no good - just paste the link, not all the html that goes with it. Yahoo "linkifies" any valid looking link (like the one I posted in this answer).

Edit:

No idea. It doesn't have to be a font, it could be just something someone created in a graphics program. Search font sites, like http://www.dafont.com/ , to see if anything looks like it.
