How much is 100MB of disk space and 10GB bandwidth in terms of hosting visitors to my website?

I bought a year of hosting for my website. It includes 100MB of disk space and 10GB of bandwidth. When should I upgrade the hosting package to something more substantial(like how many hits, visits per day, or hour , etc.). Thank you.

You sure it didn't come with 100 GB instead of MB?

If not, then I'd cancel right away and get your money back. Most providers allow you to cancel within 30 days and still get your money back.

There are several web hosting services that will give you 100s of gigs of space and almost unlimited bandwidth for only 6 or 7 bucks a month (Lunarpages, Hostmonster, Dotster, BlueHost, etc to name a few).

It's not that much. I just bought an account for a year with 10GB disk space and 300GB bandwidth for less than $10. Simply put,you should upgrade when you're getting close to running out of room. You should have some way to figure out when you're getting close to your max without looking into hits per day or hour or whatever. Also, if your pages are small, you can take a lot more hits without using up too much bandwidth.
