How reset to factory default a Dell switch PowerConnect 5212?

Question

My brother in law has purchased a used Dell PowerConnect 5212 switch, but it came with no HW manual and one could not be found on the 'net. It has a set of jumpers, but alas, we can't figure out which would be which.

Does anyone know where to get such a configuration documentation, or at least, how to reset this unit to factory configuration? He says that from there, he can configure it.

Additional Details

We had obtained the User Manual from the Dell website, but it contains no information on hardware configuration. There is a way to reset it from within the OpenManage interface, but we can't get to that point.
