Favorite feminist theorist?

I am currently an undergrad and am getting ready to study literary theory in grad school next fall. I am extremely interested in gender theory and "feminine theory."

I just finished reading "The History of Sexuality" by Foucault and am about to pick up Adrienne Rich's, "Of Woman Born: Motherhood as Experience and Institution."

Anybody else have any theory they think is good to look at? I'm open for just about anything! Thanks...

Oh goodness, I definitely couldn't imagine that! haha...

-Also, the gender difference thing has been a HUGE question for me as well. I'm glad to know there are others out there that are working to find them as well :)

Thanks

Dude, this question is so good it's a shame to see it here. As if anyone here actually read Foucault. God forbid you mention Lacan. It's all Greek to most. Remember, "we" boycotted the French?... LOL

Totally off base here, but I just finished "Middlesex". I'm trying to focus less on theory and more on actual gender differences and similarities. Can you imagine what it would be like to be born with both sex organs and come out sane by adulthood? That alone makes this little gender war seem absurd to me. Either way, have fun reading!
