Can anyone please help me with this poem? ?

Hi everyone. I need help with finding the form of this poem:

Eating Together by Li-Young Lee

In the steamer is the trout,
seasoned with slivers of ginger,
two sprigs of green onion, and sesame oil.
We shall eat it with rice for lunch,
brothers, sister, my mother who will
taste the sweetest meat of the head,
holding it between her fingers
deftly, the way my father did
weeks ago. Then he lay down
to sleep like a snow-covered road
winding through pines older than him,
without any travelers, and lonely for no one.

I cannot seem to identify the peom. Can it be "free form"? Thanks!

I'll give 10 points to the person that helps me the most! :D

The poem does not use rhyme or meter, so it can be categorized as free verse.

It is written in free form.
You can see this because the lines have no end. There are no periods and no obviouse reason why the author would start a new line.. and in free form it is totally up to the author how the poem is structured.
Also because there is no hint whatsoever of a rhyme or meter.. It just seems to flow like a sentence does, written in poem form..
So for that reason it is free form
