Shooting pain in my arms please help?

Ok its not too bad but from time from time I get a shooting pain in my upper left arm and my muscles twitch their. I was wondering is it anything serious? I landed preety easy on and airborne jump recently but I'm thinking if I messed up something please help me

If the pain travels toward your shoulder or neck side of toward your upper back, you see a doctor. But if not could be a muscle rupture. Use a good quality analgesic cream. Also see if you have a gastrointestinal problem, it may happen because of that too.

If it doesn't go away in time with massage and pain pills then it maybe more than a muscle injury. You need to go to a doctor and get an EKG to make sure it's not your heart.

If it gradually gets worse you might have torn a muscle in your shoulder (rotator cuff). I tore mine and the shooting pain is in my arm. Hopefully it wasn't that and you feel better now!
