What pet can i have or tell my mom about?

my mother is kinda hard to get a answer with when it comes to pets
birds- They should be in the wild
Rabbits-poop machines
Hamster-she took care of some one died and the other was found in the cutlery (she was in grade two)
Mice/rats- afraid of them
ferrets-snakes with fur
snakes-Afraid of them
Cat- have one
Dog- she said she will talk about it in spring
fish-have a betta
pig- well she really does not like them

That's what she thinks of the animals listed i would be happy with one like a bird or hamster really any ideas on what i can do?

This is what i did to get a hamster: (My mom is hard to convince and this worked!) Here are some tips:
1. keep your room clean
2.do chores around the house to get extra money so u can buy the stuff yourself
3. Show responsibility
4. be mature
5. write essays and add up the total of all the supplies you need. It makes you look responsible ;)
6. they only cost $10-$20
7. they dont smell unless u dont pick up their pee and poop
8. they DONT carry diseases if you get them from a reliable pet store
9. dwarves are smaller so they should be easier to deal with and their poop is smaller ;)
10. They can stay home for a few days, you just have to feed them for the amont of food for the amount of days you wouldnt be there. Also if you were traveling, you can always take them with you. If you have a traveling cage that you can get at a pet store made for traveling :D

She never said a ferret.Ferrets have to live in cages or u can have them out but just make sure they don't get to your bathroom they love toilet paper they will eat it and waht every u do they liek feet but u have to clean there cage twice a week

Ferrets are NOT snakes with fur. Show her some videos of ferrets and how cute they are. They can be trained, they are smart, beautiful pets.

Okay, this is pretty easy, it's a dog, first of all. The breed is a Shiba Inu. {Shee-Ba ee-nu.] Its a Japaneese breed, and its one of the rarest and oldest breeds in the world. They're easy to train, smart, good with kids, affectionate, and only shed in the spring and winter. They resemble a fox. Here's pics of what the breed looks like:

I have 3 rats, and they are precious, she shouldnt be afraid. they are almost as good as dogs! no joke.

Try an aquatic animal. Something like shrimp or something, you could get saltwater fish in a new tank but can be expensive.
