What's a better car: a used Honda Accord or a used Lexus? Which one would you pick?

Repairs are expensive on the Lexus..

I'd pick the Accord for sure...

Both are good and depends on what you like and want to spend. Honda is good because it is cheaper then Lexus. Both are reliable because of Japanese tech. They will both last you a long time without much trouble and just basic maintenance. However, the only problem that Honda's are known for are their transmission after 100k+ miles. Lexus will last you a very long time without much trouble.

A used Honda Accord, from experience it would be better also with the fluctuating gas prices it would be better. The cost for genuine parts may be a bit expensive but it will last longer.

Lexus would be more expensive all around. I'm partial to Accords because of the extremely low maintenance.

Lexus-as far as buying american-there really is no such thing! check in the engines, parts are made in Japan! get a Lexus-it's a sharp car!

A used Lexus................... I have two of them and one is 11 years old and runs as well today as it did the day I bought it.
And it uses regular gas !!!
