When can I buy a touch screen TV that has news and weather scrolling over the show?

I want one in my Kitchen, turned on its side on the wall, so that It is tall and not as wide.
Applications such as weather, news, a digital calender, and sports could than exist as their own widget, designed especially for each category.
Where can I get one? And how much is it going to run?

Sounds like the widgets similiar to fancy elevators in tall office structures, taht make money in business systems doing clean red widgets.

They're probably going to run about 3000 dollars but I don't know whwere to get one. Newegg might have it but something like what you're asking for is extremely rare.
