First, figure out and understand how they think and operate, so you can overcome your paranoia about them. The rest I still haven't figured out, yet.

Oh that's easy....simple pick yourself a rough looking fellow and say something like this,

"Excuse me, but you look like a rough chap...in fact such a rum do that you've got me all of a quiver. Could you spare an hour to have tea with me"?

The exact wording doesn't matter as long as it's something along these lines.

Make sure tea is just you both alone and that you come across as a naive fool with lots of money and no underwear on and trust me...it will be dangerous.

depends on what you view as dangerous, I suppose you could find a Catholic, or a republican possibly a tax collector, never underestimate the less that obvious dangers
