A cassoulet is a dish from the south-west of France.

the guys that showed the two signs work for a french TV show called "le grand journal" (the big news) broadcasted on Canal Plus at 7 PM each day. For the US elections the "grand journal" crew moved to NY and a sound engineer would to say hello to his mother via an ABC show. So, every day, he showed a sign. First it was "coucou maman" (hi mum), then "coucou maman, kikoo lol" and finally "cassoulet forever" and "CASSOULET"
