okay my 1st advice: look nice, be prepared. dress very nicely, carry copies of your resume with you. also think of questions they may ask you for this specific position (if its a teller type position, they may ask about your honesty, they will also probably ask about how well you handle irate customers, etc.) think of any occassions that might come up while working there and how you would handle it. and also answers to the base interview questions, what is your biggest weakness, strength, why do you want this job, why should we hire you, where do you see yourself in 5 years, tell me about yourself etc.
Best piece of advice i ever recieved on interviewing was from an 80s film with crazy hair and wardrobe that some guy had made about how to do interviews, it was on vhs at my local library. and he said - an interview isn't an interogatoin its a conversation! they are asking you to see if they think you will fit, and you are asking them to see if they are where you really want to work. its a conversation. i always remember that on interviews now, several years later its still best advice i ever heard, and it helps me to relax. because i walk in confident thinking that its not an interogation but rather a conversation and i want to make sure they are what i want just as much as they do. only time it didnt work was a board interview i had where 5 people fired questions at me and there was no real conversing. i hated that. lol. good luck.
