What do plants need to photosynthesis? Explain how plants are structurally designed so they can obtain this.?

they need co2 - so they have stomata
they need water - so they have roots
they need sunlight - which they obtain through chlorrophyl - the stuff that makes plants green

    Chlorophyl is the essential element that allows the chemical reactions to occur. Also, chlorophyl is what gives plants their green color.
