Diplexers to combine a FTA signal and Cable TV signal? 1 at the dish, the other before the Viewsat receiver? ?

Can someone tell me if the following is correct: From the FTA satellite dish to a DiSeq switch then on to 1 room. But then, from the same FTA satellite dish to the same DiSeq switch to a Diplexer to combine the signal with a Cable TV signal (on the same RG6 coax). At the receiver end place a reversed Diplexer to the FTA receiver. Is there a need to separate the Cable TV signal with a DiSeq switch again to send the Cable TV signal to the CableTV box? Or will my ViewSat Ultra receiver divide the signal itself? Rather complex questions!

This is not easy, if you need help from an installer go here:

The satellite needs to go to to the satellite in on the Diplexer after it has passed through the Diseq switch. Then you take the analog cable line out the cable box and bring it to the UHF in on the Diplexer.

Go back to the dish and after the Diseq switch, add another diplexer , and connect the single satellite line to the satellite in on the Diplexer and then the UHF run a coax line to the desired cable ready tv.

Tip: The single male sides of the diplexer must conect directly through a single line.

If you are using a DiSeq switch, this will take 2 to 4 lines from the LNB (the thing on the arm of the dish), and an RF source like cable or antenna (in this case, cable), this will serve both purposes for you, it will serve as a diplexer (combining satellite and cable on one cable), and it will serve as a satellite splitter (allowing you to add more STBs than there are coax connections on the LNB)

Connect the dish to the DiSeq switch according to the switch itself (or the manual that comes with the switch), connect the cable from the splitter or main connection and connect that to the DiSeq switch according to the switch itself or the manual

Now connect the DiSeq switch to the coax lines running to the rooms, then connect a diplexer on the coax lines in the rooms, connect the cable part of the diplexer to the television, cable STB, or cable input on the satellite STB, then connect the satellite part of the diplexer to the satellite STB
