I accidentally a whole toblerone?

Question

In england we have this triangular pyramid shaped chocolate called toblerone, and I bought one for fathers day. but I forgot to give it to him, and forgot about it for a few months.. anyway I found it in the bottom of my desk drawer today, and I accidentally the whole thing. Is this bad? I tried phoning the helpline on the packet but they weren't very helpful. i'm just a bit worried. will I be ok?

We have them in the US too. What's the problem? It's just as though you ate a whole big candy bar
