Anybody know how to decipher Gertrude Stein?

This poem is called "Negligible Old Star"

The poem is as follows:

NEGLIGIBLE old star.
Pour even.
It was a sad per cent.
Does on sun day.
Watch or water.
So soon a moon or a old heavy press.
----------

In case you're wondering, no grammar or spelling errors are included. Everything is Stein's original writing. Now here's the question: what the heck is she talking about?

Gertrude Stein's poetry is senseless. She attempted to do in words what Picasso had done in the graphc arts. The result was total crap.
