No. Fox News had a person who could tell what body language meant. She said it means nothing. That's just John McCain, and he does it all of the time. She also said Obama's stuttering is a very good indication that he is lying through his teeth.

Body language does tell something.

Movement of hands, stuttering, blinking the eyes, moving the feet, coughing, celaring throat, ringing hands, sweating, pulling on ears, touching crotch, wiping brow are all a sign the the person is uncomfortable with what is being discussed or done.
