Where is there a site to send free sms's over seas?

Im Trying to send my girlfriend who is in El Salvador a sms and I can't do it from my phone. I've heard of sites that send them for free.

I've been using the above site for over a year to get access to a number of FREE sms sends per day. The site is good and easy to use once you've setup your login and such.

There is a few ways to gain extra SMS sends, and a number of spam-like competitions. But if you just stay to the basic SMS sending function - works great, no cost and no spam ;)
