I respect everyone's political view, I'm not saying republicans are evil, but maybe before you call democrats "idiots", you should remember most republican celebrities are either racist or has some serious problems. When liberals and democrats are activists and most respected people in their industry. What do you think after seeing that list?

I know about history and politics. I studied them both.

My point is, most educated and respected people are democrats. Tom Hanks and Natalie Portman are way more intelligent and respected than Mel Gibson or Britney Spears.

I give examples from celebs because we all know them. My professor friends are also democrats but you wouldn't know who I'm talking about if I give their names, would you? :)

By the way, "broke and happy ", republicans are wealthy too. In fact, Mel Gibson has a lot more money than most celebs since he's not just an actor but also a business man, director and producer.

I think you read too much People Magazine. Hit the history books and make an informed decision about who you support. Celebrities are looking for free press time and politics make them seem intelligent when most did not even finish high school.
