How long should it take to recieve a call from the employer after an interview?

Also, is it a good sign that u got the job when the manager says they will call u when something comes up and asks for a specific number to reach u at?

actually there is no specific time they will contact u after an interview session, it is depending on:-
1. critical position
2. line of interviewee
3. stage or interview
4. urgent level to fill the vacant position
well the best things you can do is call them in every 2-3 days, to show them your interest to work with them, else you can send an e-mail or letter. The important things is keep good contact with them.
