Unbeatenvalues.com, worth waiting on despite obvious "fraudulent" Extra "Fast" shipping fee?

Hello from cloudy Corpus Christi, Texas. I ordered a dell D-600 Laptop & paid extra to get it in 10 "working" days on JUNE 6th thru paypal. from the above mentioned online seller. Am I correct to keep waiting as I will surely get the Lappy soon, or No? Anyone?

good luck i ordered mine in early june and havent recvived it yet. they were to mail it on july 12.now they have block ed my ip address so i cant even go to theweb page from my computer,i cant email them either.i had to call my credit card company to try to get my money back.
