yes he is
14 gold metals and 8 of those in a single games.
NO OLYMPIAN AS DONE THAT BEFORE.
i am so tried of guys saying michael phelps is not that great just because they are jealous.

Yes, but I'm getting sick of all the hype. It's just like they do with a good song...play it over and over and over until you are sick of it.
