I always get the jitters before an interview. I have minimal experience and this is for an optometric assistant position. They called me for a second interview today and I really need this. What are some common SECOND interview questions employers ask candidates?

you get second interview?, one of your step already in. well don't worry about the question, just worry with who you will be interviewed ? normally there Will be more higher rank position, for your apply position as optometrist asst. suppose it will be the shop manager or area manager as well. so the gold question you may need to alert is
1. why should them hire you?
2. what is your carrier plan for next 5 years?
3. why you want to work with us?

Generally second interviews are just to confirm that you will be a good worker. It's like the first interview but it will focus on behavior and situational based questions. Pretty much how you would behave in a given scenario.
