It's a while since I read The Bloody Chamber, and much longer since I read Lolita, but I do not remember any connection between them. The bloody chamber is fantasy, with an adult twist on stories like Red Riding Hood, and Bluebeard. Nothing about the book struck me as at all Lolita-ish, though as I say it is quite some time since I read either of them.
